INGREDIENTS

- 5 Tbsp. whole hazelnuts
- ¼ cup coconut oil (in liquid form)
- butter for greasing*
Cream Filling
- 1 cup full fat sour cream (not light)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 packet/envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
Chocolate Filling
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Garnish
- ½ - ¾ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. hazelnuts, crushed
